Welcome to Rescue Breath CPR Training, where you will learn the basic but lifesaving skills of CPR!

CardioPulmonary Resuscitation is a medical procedure involving repeated compressions on the chest, performed in an attempt to restore the blood circulation and breathing of a person who has suffered Cardiac Arrest.

By remembering C-A-B (Compressions-Airway-Breathing), you can follow the step to perform CardioPulmonary Resuscitation. The C-A-B steps are as follows:
  • Compressions: Push hard and fast in the center of the chest, (100-120 per minute, about 2 inches deep for adults and children, and 1.5 inches deep for infants) to circulate the blood.
  • Airway: Tilt the head back and lift the chin to open the airway
  • Breathing: Give 2 rescue breaths after opening the airway (use the breathing mask or give mouth to mouth by pinching the nose and sealing your mouth over theirs).

In AHA authorized classes you will learn the important steps to relief choking in adults, children, and infants, and how to help someone suspected of substance abuse (opioid) overdose and administration of Naloxone.
